Sinaye Mthabela is an Associate in the General Litigation Department. She qualified as an attorney in October 2023.

Her experience spans a broad range of litigation matters, including general litigation, commercial and residential evictions and both High Court and Magistrate’s Court proceedings, including divorces. She is also experienced in motor vehicle accident claims, medical negligence matters, correspondent work and debt recoveries.

In addition, Sinaye reviews and drafts contracts of employment and policies on behalf of clients. She has a keen interest in commercial law.
